Requirements

Only channels that have the Ravenna app added can be imported. Make sure to add the Ravenna app to any channel you want to use as a knowledge source before attempting to import it.
Currently, you can only select one channel at a time for import. To import multiple channels, repeat the import process for each channel.

Auto sync

When auto-sync is enabled in your folder settings, Ravenna maintains synchronization with your Slack channel, ensuring your knowledge base stays current with the latest discussions and information.
  • New messages posted to the channel are automatically added to your knowledge base
  • Edited messages are updated in the knowledge base
  • Deleted messages are removed from the knowledge base
  • Thread replies are captured and associated with their parent messages
