View Iru-managed Apple device details for ticket requesters in the Ravenna sidebar, including hostname, model, OS version, and compliance status.

Use the Iru Requester Endpoints card to view a requester’s devices directly in the ticket sidebar. When a user submits a ticket, the card displays their Iru-managed devices, giving your team immediate visibility into device details without leaving the ticket.

Requester Endpoints

The card shows the following for each device associated with the requester:

Field	Description
Display name	Device name.
Platform	Operating system family.
OS version	Operating system version number.
Model	Device model.
Last seen	Last check-in timestamp.
Serial number	Device serial number.

Setup

1. Connect Iru

   Follow the Iru setup guide to connect your Iru instance to Ravenna.

2. Enable the card

   Go to Settings > Organization - Cards and activate the Iru Requester Endpoints card.
